Mrs. Belva Atkinson Smith, 59, of 302 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive Smithfield NC died on May 18, 2010 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh NC.
She is the daughter of Charles and Mary Ella Atkinson.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Walter Smith Jr. of the home, two children, Cortney Smith Lee and Walter Smith III (Trey), one son-in-law, John Lee, her mother Charlotte Sanders Atkinson, one sister, Dermetta Atkinson Stevens(Carvin), two brothers, Baxter Atkinson(Diane), and Charles Atkinson (Mamie), one mother-in-law, Katie J. Smith, two aunts, Matie Lawson and Mercedees Newsome, two uncles, Elbert Sanders, and Carter Newsom and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 22, 2010 at 1:00PM at Galilee Church in Smithfield NC.
