THE OBITUARY
Bertha Louise Hall was born in Johnston County to the late Robert and Bertha Hall on February 10, 1934. She departed this earthly life and entered into her rest on July 27, 2020, at Laurels of Forest Glen, Garner, North Carolina.
Bertha L. Hall was educated by Johnston County Public School System. She attended Richard B. Harrison and finished her studies at Johnston Technical Community College. In 1961, she married Daniel Williams. She was a skilled homemaker, outstanding seamstress, and was a Godly wife and mother.
Bertha L. Williams was a faithful member of the Power House of Prayer in Selma, North Carolina. She was an ordained teacher who taught the Word to the fullest. She is remembered by many as "Teacher Williams"' who practice what she preached. Even as her health begun to fail, she continued to fight the good fight faith.
She is proceeded in death by her parents â Robert and Bertha Hall, grandmother â Ada Rhue, a sister â Dorothy Jean Williams, a brother â Robert Paul Hall, a son â Sherwood Hall, and a grandson â Marquel Williams.
Her life is cherished by her husband of 59 years Bishop Daniel Williams. Four daughters: Janice Bynem Rockingham, NC; Edith Porter, Smithfield, NC; Karen Chappell (Beri) Clayton NC; Julia Storey (Eric) Clayton, NC; Five sons: James Hall (Laura) Georgia; Daniel Williams Jr, Virginia; Alan Williams (Vivian), Clayton, NC; Rodney Williams (Betty), Michigan, and Randall Williams (Charlene), Selma, NC. One sister Clara Richardson (J.W), Raleigh, NC, two brothers Frank Hall (Carolyn), Delaware, and Richard Hall (Ann), Smithfield, NC.
A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren, and also a host of niece's nephews, cousins, and friends.
