Reflection's Of Life:
Celersteen "Pepper" Brown was born April 6, 1956 to
Margarite and John C. Brown in Lake City, South Carolina. She
departed this life on August 2, 2015 at her home.
Pepper as she was affectionately called received her
formal education at Lake City High School in South Carolina.
She then matriculated to Oklahoma State University for
undergraduate studies in Business. She then attended Fayetteville
State University for her Masters of Social Work.
Pepper accepted Christ as her personal savior. While
stationed in Germany she married William Sanders. She joined
the US Airforce in 1977 and was Honorably Discharged in
September 2008. Upon retiring she ranked as a Chief Master
Sergeant of the 1st Force Support Squadron at Langley AFB, VA.
Pepper was preceded in death by her mother Margurite
Brown.
She leaves precious memories with her father John C.
Brown; her sisters, Matilda Archie, Tracie Hazzard, and Lille
McKnight, her brothers, J.T. Brown, Rev. Gus Brown, and Cal
Brown and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews other loving relatives
and friends.
Your earthly time was so brief, yet you achieved so much
You were a positive and engaging personality that impacted
everyone. The gates of heaven opened and God wanted you to sit
On His right go in peace knowing that you were loved, will be
truly be missed, and that we will be alright.
