David Earl Ricks

Mr. David Earl Ricks, 51, of Smithfield, NC passed away on Friday, July 26, 2013. Mr. Ricks was born on December 11, 1961 to Mary Helen Ricks and the late Ralph David Ricks, Sr. in Johnston County. David received his education in the public schools of Johnston County. At an early age, he joined Green Chapel Baptist Church.
David was preceded in death by his two older brother, William Earl Ricks and Ralph David Ricks, Jr. He leaves to cherish his precious memory, his mother, Mary Helen Ricks of the home; his sister, Katina Ricks of Smithfield, NC; two brothers Lee Roy Ricks of Raleigh, NC, Randolph Ricks (Julia) of Smithfield, NC; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 2:00 pm at The Sanders Funeral Home Chapel. The viewing will be held one hour prior to the funeral services at 1:00 pm.
