Dorothy Jean Williams-Watson

Rev. Dorothy Williams, 67, of 804 2nd Avenue in Smithfield, NC died at Johnston Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, April 9, 2013. She was born to the late Edgar and Ada Poston Williams.
She leaves her husband, Mr. Fredrick Douglas Watson, of the home; one daughter, Michelle Watkins of Southbend, Indiana; and one granddaughter, Alexis Watkins of Southbend, Indiana. She also leaves five sisters, Emma Johnson of Hope Mills, NC; Mattie Bryant of Raiford, NC; Odetta Batts of Four Oaks, NC; Linda Raynor of Greensboro, NC; Edna Raynor of Four Oaks, NC, and a host of neices, nephews, and other relatives, and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at 2:30 pm at Smith Chapel Church in Four Oaks, NC. The wake will be held one hour before the funeral. Pastor Fred Clarida will officiate.
Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
