The Obituary of Johnnie Stacker
Johnnie Stacker 70, of Four Oaks, departed this earthly
life on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. He was born on March
10, 1950, to the late John Wesley Stacker and Sennie
High. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death
by his brothers, Lonnie, Richard, and David Stacker and
his sister, Martha Stacker Williams.
Johnnie is survived by his sisters, Elsie Stacker Eason of
the home, Lucille Stacker Williams of Smithfield, Sennie
Ann McLean of Georgia, Catherine Smith Davis of
Smithfield and a brother, James E. Stacker of
Smithfield.
Johnnie and his brothers loved to go fishing on the boat.
He enjoyed attending gatherings with them every
Saturday. He was employed at Shell's Convenient Store
in Smithfield and for several years he worked at
Flanders in Selma and Smithfield, NC. Last but not
least, he retired in 2015 from Airflow in Selma, NC.
Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect and
in thy book all my members were written, which in
continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none
of them.
How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how
great is the sum of them!
If I should count them, they are more in number than
the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.
