Mrs. Kacania Monique Taylor, 65, of Brooklyn died on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Methodist Hospital in New York.
Kacania Monique Taylor was born November 25, 1948 in Brooklyn New York from the union of Ezekiel And Margaret Boomer. Kacania (Wimpy) slipped away into the light of God's eternal presence on March 18, 2014
Kacania moved to Brooklyn, NY with her Aunt Ann McCullough while attending Clara Barten High School. This is where she began dating and later married Herbert Taylor Sr. at the age of Sixteen. Herbert and Kacania moved to Brooklyn New York. From this union they beared three children two sons Herbert Maurice Taylor Jr. (BOO) Martici Lamont Taylor (STINKY) and one daughter Doretha Latrelle Magaret Taylor (TRELLE)
Kacania better known as (WIMPY) separated from Herbert Taylor in 1974. Wimpy worked as a Florist deliver, a Home health aid and a Security guard to support her three children.
Wimpy had an infectious, beautiful smile, a great sense of humor and undeniable flair for everyone children. Wimpy was extremely opinionated but she always said what was on her mind.
Wimpy was preceded in death by her father Ezekiel Boomer her mother Margaret Boomer and her sister Glenda Boomer Hill ( pug).
Wimpy leaves to cherish her memory Herbert Taylor Sr. Uncle Miller, brother Wayne Boomer, Sister in law Sandy Boomer. Her three children Herbert Taylor, Martici Taylor, and Doretha Taylor-Goldson. Eleven grand children Sayyed, Martice, Rashard, Louise, Errol, Tedane, Ricardo(chewy) Shanee, Infinity, Shatici and Haile'-yahnique. One Great grand child Samiyah. A host of nieces to name a few Shamika, Iisha, Joyce, Alexis and Alisha. A host of nephews to name a few Joel, Lintel, Laquan, Wayne Jr, and Donte. She also leaves a host of special friends and her Red Hook project Family that will
miss her dearly.
