Kiyaira Michea'la Kincaid was born to La'Shawn Montgomery and Karlton Kincaid on January 15th, 1997 in Johnston County, North Carolina. Kiyaira was affectionally known by family and friends as Kiy. She transitioned from this earthly life on April 28th, 2020 in Leighton, Alabama.
Kiyaira was educated in Johnston County Public School System. In June of 2014, she graduated from Star Christian Academy in Wilson Mills, North Carolina. She later studied nursing and biotechnology at Johnston Community College.
Kiyaira was a member of Apostolic Church of Deliverance before moving to Cincinnati, Ohio. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Kiyaira was a loving mother of two boys whom she enjoyed spending time with and listening to music. She also enjoyed calling home every day to her family to tell them about her day. She was a bright and hardworking young lady who had a bright future and bright smile that would brighten anyone day.
She is proceeded in death by her maternal grandfather, William James Evans.
Kiyaira leaves to cherish her memories: her two sons, Noah Aaron Kincaid and Bryson James Kincaid; her mother, La'Shawn Montgomery (Rocky) of Smithfield, NC and her Biological, Father Karlton Kincaid (Wilonda) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and father, Preston Jr. Moody (Shirley) of Smithfield, NC. Kiyaira will also be fondly remembered by her six brothers, Preston Jamal Moody and Amear Young of Smithfield, Karlton Matthew Kincaid and Landon Kincaid of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Javon Kincaid and Dion Daniels of Kentucky; two sisters, Paeton Moody of Smithfield and Taylor Kincaid of Cincinnati; her maternal grandparents, Diana and George Tobias of Selma, NC; her paternal grandmother, Sandra Mitchell of Georgia; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss her dearly.
