Mr. Lacy Jones, 56, of 1106 MLK Dr. Smithfield NC passed away on Thursday January 13, 2011 at Britthaven Nursing home in Smithfield NC.
He was the son of James Cowboy and Rosa Mae Shackles Jones.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his father, James Cowboy Jones, four daughters, Virginia (Alton) and Gloria, both of Smithfield NC, Joyce (Robert) and Mattie (Humprey), both of Raleigh NC, two sisters, Lisa Jones, of Chicago and Jessie Jones, of Mississippi, one step son (lonzo), one stepdaughter (Zarina), fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 14, 2011 at 12:00OPM at Sanders Funeral Home Chapel.
