Leroy Bryant

Mr. Leroy Bryant the son of the late William Percy Bryant and Myrtle Lois Bryant was born in Johnston County on April 25, 1947.
He joined Oakey Grove Missionary Church at an early age. Mr. Bryant was employed at Dennis Block Plant in Albemarle NC. Then continued employment at General Metals in Pine Level, NC until his health declined.
Leroy was a happy and jolly person. Always the life of any gathering or party. He loved to dance, sing and enjoy his family and music. His pass time activities were horseback riding, farming, riding his motorcycles, fishing and always loved to tinkle on his lawnmowers and boats.
He leaves to cherish his memories: two sons, Antonio Lee Bryant of Princeton, NC and Tyrone Bryant of Albemarle, NC; one daughter, Kiesha Bryant of Albemarle, NC; six grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; seven broth- ers, Sherman Davis of Columbus, Ohio, William Robert Bryant of Kenly, NC, Percy Bryant of Princeton, NC, Linwood Bryant of Micro, NC, Ernest Bryant of Fayetteville, NC, Ronnie Bryant of Princeton, NC, and Milton Bryant of Princeton, NC; three sisters, Lissie Redd of Columbus, Ohio, Avallie Sellers of Raleigh, NC, and Marrion Bryant of Selma, NC; four sister-in-laws, Mattie Bryant of Fayetteville, NC, Judy Bryant of Micro, NC, Unice Bryant of Princeton, NC, and Carolyn Bryant of Princeton, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Miss Joyce Cooley, a caretaker and friend of the family, and nephew, William Robert Bryant Jr. of the home.
