Linwood Earl Burns

Linwood "Earl" Burns, the son of the late Willie Burns and Geraldine Castleberry, departed his life on Thursday, March 1, 2018.
Linwood was employed for several years at Congra Foods in Garner, NC as a Mechanic. After Congra, he became self employed doing what he loved most working on cars for himself, family and friends.
Linwood was smart, talented and a hard worker. He had a gift for repairing NOT only cars but anything.
Linwood's memories will be cherished by: his wife, Audrey Burns of Clayton, NC; two sons, Raymond Burns (Cassandra) of Princeton, NC and Antonio Barbour (Stephaine) of Smithfield, NC; two sisters, Deborah Meeks (Eddie Jr) of Selma NC and Beverly Burns of Washington, DC; two brothers, Michael Burns (Jencina) of Michigan and Larry Richardson (Glenda) Garner, NC; three aunts, Gwendolyn Lassiter, Martha Coley, and Joyce Harris; one great-aunt, Trudy Barnes; four uncles, John Sanders, Walter Sanders, Frank Burns, Larry Burns, and Lawrence Burns; four grandchildren, LaQuan Jenkins, Austin Burns, Camryn Barbour, and Talon Barbour; five sisters-in-laws, four brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and close friends.
