Mildred Morgan

Ms. Mildred Morgan was born in Wilson, NC to Mr.
Willie & Estelle Morgan on March 15, 1937 and departed this
life on March 1, 2017.
Mildred received her formal education Darden High
School in Wilson, NC and later moved to Boston,
Massachusetts.
Mildred worked as a chef for 20 years 16 of those years
she worked at the Wilson Cafe. Mildred enjoyed cooking and
feeding others, babysitting. She loved watching t.v. and
coloring.
Mildred was a member of the Johnston Piney Grove
Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Willie and
Estelle Morgan; one brother Alfonzo Lewis; and two sisters
Elaine Herring & Almeta Bruce. Left to cherish her
memories are her loving daughter, Sharon Morgan of the
home; two sisters, Annie Morgan of Selma, NC and Rose
Marie Morgan of Jersey City, NJ; one brother, Joseph Morgan
(Sylvia); three grandsons, Isa Morgan of Wilson, NC, Darnell
Morgan of Ohio, and Jordy Morgan of West Virginia; eleven
great-grand children; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives,
and friends.
