Mollie Yellowdy Taylor

Mrs. Mollie Yellowdy Taylor, 77, of 408 Oak St. Smithfield, passed away Friday, February 8, 2013 at Johnston Medical Center. Mollie was born in Wilson, NC.
She was the daughter of the late Willie and Hettie Dortch Yellowdy. She was a long time member of First Mssionary Baptist Church, where she served on the Usher Board, the Gospel Choir, and she was a Deaconess. She was also a member of the Eastern Star Court Chapter #134. She leaves to cerish her memories; one daughter, Debra Walker King, one grandson, Christopher King, and one son-in-law, Mike King, all of Gainsville, FL; three sisters, Irene Stanley of Smithfield, NC, Lucy Pridgen of Lagrange, NC and Anner Gramtham of Buie, MD; a special nephew, Robert Stanley of Smithfield, NC, and a host of other relatives and friends.
There will be an Eastern Star Tribute and viewing from 11-12 noon, Thursday February 14, 2013 at First Missionary Baptist Church. Life celebrations will follow at 12 noon. The interment will take place at Pincrest Memorial Park in Clayton, NC.
