Neil Archie Mceachin

Mr. Neil McEachin fulfilled this world's sorrow and pain and
took his flight early in the evening hours surrounded by family
and friends. As was his personality, he slipped away quietly having
said his farewell earlier in the week before he bid us his final
farewell on February 13, 2017.

Mr. Neil McEachin was born on September 25, 1937 to the late
Willie B. McEachin and Mary Lillie McEachin. He was a quiet,
loving daddy, granddaddy and friend. He was preceded in death by
his wife, Annie Ruth McCain; one daughter, Allison McNeil; one
granddaughter, Laconia Alford; one sister, Willie Kelly
McEachin; and a special friend, Arcolla Hall, who helped take
care of the children and grandchildren.

Mr. Neil McEachin attended Raeford Public School System in
Raeford, NC. He spent his life working on the farm. He loved to do
construction work. He also loved taking care of his family and
other people. Mr. McEachin would never turn his back on anyone.
He opened his heart and house to others including those he knew
and those that he didn't know. He will be truly missed.

Mr. McEachin leaves to cherish his memories: two
devoted, loyal, caring and loving sons: Teequs Williams of Fuquay
Varina, NC and Calvin McCain of Selma, NC; eight daughters:
Brenda (Donald) Rand of Raleigh, NC, Susie Alford, Gloria
Alford, and Cassandra Mitchner of Selma, NC, Darlene Brown of
Clayton, NC, Teresa Carpenter and Rosa Lee McCain Smithfield,
NC and Gwendolyn McCain of Kenly, NC; nephew, Anthony
McEachin; niece, Constance McEachin; 28 grandchildren, 34 great
grandchildren, 2 great grand grandchildren; a very special brother
and very special friend, Paul Benjamin and a host of cousins and
friends.
