Patricia Dianne Holmes

On January 9, 2021, God looked down from above and touched our loved one. God saw that her burdens were getting hard to bear and mountains hard to climb, so He gently closed her loving eyes and whispered, "Peace be Thine." Patricia Dianne Bryant Holmes was born September 15, 1946 to the late James and Mary Bryant. She was called to eternal rest on January 9, 2021 at her home in Selma, NC. Patricia graduated from Johnston County Training School in 1964. She joined Selma COGOP later in her life. She transferred to Smithfield COGOP where she held many positions and was called into the ministry. Patricia joined Agape COGOP where she attended until her health declined. She leaves to cherish her memories: one brother, Jackie Bryant (Ruby) of Smithfield, NC; one sister, Evelyn Holt of Smithfield, NC; special nieces and nephews that she helped raise, Felicia Bryant, Keita Bryant Kornegay, Kenya Dublin, Shamonda Dingle, Tiana Bryant, Cedric Bryant, Decarius (Pete) Bryant and Zechariah Britt; a host of other nieces and neph-ews and great nieces and great nephews; four godchildren, Vida Lee, Gregory Byrd, Tamela Lee and Anthony Rouse; a very special friend, Annie Lee and a host of other relatives and friends.
