Rodney Wayne Henry was born on August 12, 1975 in Smithfield, NC to Walter Fred Henry and Carolyn Henry of Selma, NC. He departed his earthly life on February 24, 2019. Rodney was fondly called "Gooley" by his family and friends. Rodney was multi-talented and he was a hardworking and worked various jobs. He was a talented electrician and he detailed cars. Many people came to Rodney for his assistance. Rodney leaves to cherish his memories: his parents, Walter and Carolyn Henry of Selma, NC; his daughter, Shaneika Renee Council of Benson, NC; his son, Camine Henry of Philadelphia, PA; his grandson, Cameron; one sister, Veronica Jones of Kenly, NC; three brothers, Walter Henry of Kenly, NC, Minister Frederick Henry of Princeton, NC and Dexter Henry of Smithfield, NC; 3 aunts, Hazel Jones of Kenly, NC, Janice Brown of New York and Mary Nwoke of Four Oaks, NC; two uncles, Donahue Jones of Kenly, NC and Walter Jr. Henry of Smithfield and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and
friends.
