Born in Chapel Hill, NC on December 31, 1972, to James Earl Lett JR
and Sylvia Jean Allen. She was a 1992 graduate of Triton High
School in Erwin. Sandra grew up singing with Dunn's S&J community choir, which became an additional family to her.
She was caring and very generous if she could help anyone she
did. Sandra worked as a CNA. Later in life, Sandra joined the New
Vision Christian Center of Dunn.
Sandra was proceeded in death by her father the late James Earl
Lett Jr. her grandmothers Elizabeth Smith and Flossy Allen.
Sandra is survived by her son Dirrielle Allen of Dunn, her mother
Sylvia Jean Allen of Georgia. Six brothers Dewayne Allen of
Georgia, James Earl Lett II(Natasha) of Smithfield, Grover Lett of
Clayton, Joshua Lett of Dunn, Kendrick Smith (Kim) of Erwin,
Deontre McDonald of Dunn. Two Sisters: Nicole Walden (Rickie)
of Erwin, Sharhonda McLean of Georgia. Four grandchildren
Andre Allen, Madyson Allen, Jaiden Allen, Makenzley Allen all of
Dunn. One goddaughter Kemone Hunter, eleven aunts Ollie
Pipkins of Pittsburg, Pa, Sandra Smith, Gwen Elliott, and Bertina
Smith of Erwin, Kathy Smith of Tampa, FL, Cookie Smith and
Janet Hill of Laurel Maryland, Sylvia Smith of Hampton, VA
Antoinette Johnson (Dwight) of Havelock, NC, and Katrina Smith
of Fayetteville NC. One uncle Melvin McNeill (Alicia) of Maryland,
Three great aunts, one great aunt, and a host of nieces and
nephews.
Sandra had to two special friends she held close to her heart Erica
Stokes of Coats and Raheem Williams of Dunn.
