Ms. Verna Walden,91, of Four Oaks, NC passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 21, 2012 at Smithfield Manor Nursing Center in Smithfield, NC.
She was preceded in death by her mother Lizzie Snead Walden, one sister, Susie Walden Cozart and three brothers, James, Joseph, and Junior Walen.
She leaves to mourn; one brother, Japer Walden (Josephine), of Coats NC, one sister, Eloise Walden of Coats NC, a special cousin, Mallie Smith of Four Oaks NC, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday June 26, at 11Am at Juniper Grove Disciples of Christ Church in Four Oaks NC.
